Get Back Health is a mobile service that provides support and services to people and families with disabilities in a safe, effective, well-balanced, and enjoyable environment.
Operating as an independently owned mobile service, we aim to build a viable business that caters both to the needs of participants and is capable of supporting owner and operator.
Adopting a holistic approach to support and services we deliver high-quality services in a comfortable and dynamic atmosphere, providing a variety of different services based on participant needs which focus on

Get Back Health is a well-structured organisation run by qualified Allied Health Professionals and well trained and experienced support workers in the health and disability industry specialising in Therapeutic and allied health therapy supports, daily life assistance, access to the community, cleaning and gardening yard work
Our Mission
Our mission is to work hand in hand with the NDIS mission which is to promote and provide choice and control to people with disabilities allowing them to make informed choices in regards to their life. Our mission is to provide the support and services required to assist in people with disabilities and their families to have access to a wide range of available supports.
We aim to educate and enhance the quality of life, access to support, health and wellbeing all around the Sydney area and bring awareness to the many people with disabilities suffering in their lives. My main approach to helping the participants it to analyse and take into account all five dimensions of health and not only physical. Through qualified personnel we always aim to give our best support possible.

Steps to get Started
After your NDIS plan is approved, and you have your set budget for support coordination in hand, it becomes as simple as 1-2-3.
- Nominate Get Back Health as your provider: Get in touch with your NDIS planner or local area coordinator to inform them of your selection. They will then facilitate direct communication with us by providing your contact information.
- Schedule your appointment: Expect to hear from one of our staff members to schedule an initial meeting, which can take place either in person or through virtual means.
- Attend your first meeting: At the meeting, your NDIS support coordinator will review your plan and initiate the process. You'll also sign a service agreement, authorising us to assist you in accessing the services, programs, and products tailored to your needs.
